Intuitive photography is an independent business with the aim of providing a very personal service. My photography is contemporary, with the focus on the actual person to capture a sense of them in a natural, informal way.

about me

My name is Stéphane Rocher and I have over 30 years experience of people photography. That could make me very old - but actually my passion started when I was young.

As well as running my studio I also work on location and I am very passionate about wedding photography and environmental portraiture. I am a qualified teacher and teach photography at South Downs College in Hampshire. I am a qualified member of the British Professional Photographers Associates. And if there is some time left I judge for camera clubs as a registered Judge of the Southern Photographic Federation.

I'm the proud father of a beautiful little girl Ella who is an absolute bundle of pure joy, mixed with a little bit of monkey. Although she has a very strong mind she does allow me to occasionally take some pictures of her.
